Payment Information
Online payments for AST services are collected by BASARABIA TRANSIT BRIDGE S.R.L. and may be processed through NETOPIA Payments.
The total price and applicable transaction currency are shown to the Customer before payment is initiated. Payment is considered completed only after the transaction has been confirmed by the payment processor.
AST does not store full card details when payment is made through the NETOPIA Payments infrastructure.
BASARABIA TRANSIT BRIDGE S.R.L. is the merchant and service provider. NETOPIA Payments acts solely as the payment processor.
If a payment fails or is declined, the Customer may retry payment using the options available in AST. A failed payment does not confirm the order as paid.
Cancellation and refund conditions are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method.
