AST is operated by BASARABIA TRANSIT BRIDGE S.R.L. BASARABIA TRANSIT BRIDGE S.R.L. is the service provider/merchant. NETOPIA Payments, when used, acts as payment processor and is not the provider of the AST service.
The Customer must provide accurate, complete and current vehicle, trailer/semitrailer, configuration, dimension, mass, route and other information requested by AST.
The applicable price and currency are shown before payment. Card payments may be processed by NETOPIA Payments.
Processing starts after required order conditions are met, including required information and payment confirmation where applicable.
Timing may depend on data accuracy, external systems and competent authorities. BASARABIA TRANSIT BRIDGE S.R.L. does not guarantee instantaneous issuance and cannot guarantee a public authority decision.
The service result is delivered electronically through AST and/or the contact channel associated with the order.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the processing stage, work already performed and non-recoverable authority/third-party costs. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The contractual relationship is governed by Romanian law without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
